No clue why you got downvoted - we both have a need for this feature. OP has said it runs on rrules BTS[1], so getting more options made public would be great.
At least for monthly threads like that you can manually schedule them for a bit until they sort that our for us.

This native-scheduler system has tremendous potential but it needs to provide basic Calendar functions, like Google Calendar, etc.
E.g. *Post X on 4th Friday Monthly or every 2-3 Months*, is absolutely necessary feature.
