Actual questions this time:
1. Will there be any sort of guide to help people determine what is a serious versus joking suicidal statement (we get a lot of "I'll kill myself if so and so wins the election, but I don't take that seriously).
2. This was asked by someone else, but not answered yet, and I'm curious. Will users have the option to opt out of receiving the link?

sending a thoughtful message to someone joking causes no harm.
sending sarcastic messages to someone considering suicide does cause harm.
