Great question! We currently have 5,000 active Crisis Counselors (CCs) around the country, and they volunteer for an average of 8-10 hours per month; it's hard to put a specific % on those who reach 200 hours, because many CCs are currently on the way to reaching that goal. What's most exciting I think is that we're allowing people to volunteer as crisis counselors from home; it's the first time something like that's been offered at scale, so we're creating new ways of volunteering and learning skills of empathy!

Wow, look at that dodge! That definitely fills me with support and belief in your CCs, and doesn't at all make me think reddit has just partnered with the suicide hotline equivalent of the Keystone kops.
