I think this will be really exciting for reddit's private shareholders. "Free speech" was great while growing this site but it's not very profitable. Now that reddit has reached critical mass it needs to get some ROI going and the best way to do that is to sanitize any unpopular opinions. Basically turn it into a cable news channel with only corporate approved messages.

I am so excited about this and want to thank the admins for all their hard work.
I was getting very concerned that Reddit might slip into a social media site with a free flow of ideas and not strictly controlled and censored by corporations and political parties.
This tool will surely be helpful with shutting down more wrongthink that isn’t approved by our corporate and political masters.
