I have a list. A massive list, I'm hoping to get a survey out real soon, separate of all this, to make sure the priorities I have in my head align with those of the moderators.

This is a good idea. If you'd like any help grouping these ideas into different affinities or thoughts on polling methods, I can certainly lend some advice/help.

This sounds fantastic. I'm not going to go demanding a time table for anything, but where/how would this be distributed? Mass mod mail? post in /r/modnews? I just don't want to miss it when the time comes.

A mindmap might be a good way to get the input/thoughts organized. Xmind is a free tool that I've used.

Looking forward to it! Speaking of surveys, make sure you post it to /r/SampleSize if it's relevant to the public at large :P
(though I suppose that wouldn't really apply to a survey directed at mods)
