Because I find it necessary. Subreddits exist with all kinds of functions, but mine have a high volume of rule breaking from younger/newer accounts, even with our rules plastered absolutely everywhere. Rule breakers need to be hit over the head as many times as possible for it to sink in. The double method of pinned comment + modmail tends to get their attention a lot more than just choosing one of them.
At the very least, it needs to be made easier to send more than one. I should not have to re-approve a post to send a second removal reason. The process is absurdly long.
