Mind elaborating a bit more? Modmail can be accessed through the side menu (hamburger menu next to the search bar if you’re on the home page) and Mod Tools.

My apologies, I just checked again and it's working. As of a few days ago, each time I checked I got an error saying I needed to be a mod to access it. Cheers!
