- When a post flair is changed, older posts with the changed flair will have to be *manually changed* to look the same.
Custom Colors for Flairs
Find the hex (#) code for the color you want (for example, using online sites like this: https://pinetools.com/image-color-picker[12]) then click on Add Flair Background[13] and type in the hex code of the color you want.

Common Flair Problems
- **"Users can't see/use flairs!"** : **(1)** BOTH user and post flairs have `Mods only` option. `Mods only` means that only moderators can assign and use that flair. If you want users to see and use the flairs by themselves, turn off 'Mods only'[17]. **(2)** Users on some mobile apps can't see the flairs, so read the sections above to enforce the use of user and post flairs. **(3)** If your flairs contain punctuation[18], it can affect how it shows up[19] on mobile apps.

- **Making Flairs Mandatory/Compulsory** across Desktop/Mobile apps: Some users on mobile apps can post even when subreddit post flair is set to mandatory[20]. First, set post flairs as requireed[21], then see User/Post flair sections above to make flairs mandatory across all user interfaces.

You should be setting up user and post flairs in a cache-cleared **desktop browser**, not on mobile or via the app, for best results. *(Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)*
