Reddit setting and viewing on a phone or mobile interface

This FAQ has been set up based on previous answers by our helpers, as questions about mobile usage are often asked.

Setting up subreddits on mobile devices:

• *The short answer here is that you can't.** To edit your subreddit configuration settings you need to use the regular (cache-cleared) desktop web interface to do so.

User problems on mobile app

Moderators have reported problems with users on mobile apps:

• that mobile users can post without post flair even when it is required;
• Mobile users cannot see the posting guidelines;
• Wiki tables are a jumbled mess on mobile apps;
• Wiki images don't show on mobile;
• Collections do not show up on mobile Android apps;
• And other viewing problems caused by the difference in mobile apps vs desktop. If your users have problems. this could be why.
