Hello, I'm a moderator of r / YoutubeMusic. In the community we have some widgets, one of them is the flair filter[1] but when I enter the community's appearance settings and the reddit and old redditwidget settings,[2] that widget is not in the community's widget list. I can't find a way to change or remove this widget. How can I proceed?

Hi /u/Iordbrack, r/modhelp is a volunteer moderator peer-to-peer help group focused on subreddit moderation matters, like setting up flairs. It is not managed by[1] Reddit staff/admin[2]. Volunteer mods have no permissions in subreddits they do not mod. Automated responses are compiled from the answers given by fellow volunteer moderator helpers.

You should be setting up user and post flairs in a cache-cleared **desktop browser**, not on mobile or via the app, for best results. *(Limited stopgap: mobile browser on desktop view.)*

It looks like you're asking about Community Appearance options in a subreddit. This is a frequently asked question, so this automatic response has been set up, based on previous answers by our helpers.
For Old Reddit, CSS Stylesheet help can be found on r/modguide 's Index[1] and over at r/csshelp . If you don't get answers here, please ask on r/csshelp .

Old Reddit has caused a few **viewing problems** with New Reddit. To check if CSS on Old Reddit is causing problems, see this solution[2] and this solution[3].

Community Appearance options in New Reddit/Redesign are found in `Mod Tools -> Community Appearance` or at `https://www.reddit.com/r/SUBREDDIT/?styling=true`. Over there you can set up **(1)** Color themes including Background and Background Images, **(2)** Display Name[4] of Subreddit & the Icon/Avatar, **(3)** Banner, **(4)** Menu Links at the top, and **(5)** Sidebar Widgets for Rules, Flairs, 'Related Communities' and social media buttons. On New/Redesign, **CSS** is currently disabled.

The default flair filter widget cannot be removed. It appears when you start using post flair. It'll only go away if you have no posts with flair I think.
If you'd like to edit it instead, you can add the flair widget in appearance settings which will override the default one. Then you can choose which flairs show up and their order.
