View submission: Quick Question on Reordering mods.
Not gonna happen via admins. But if all the mods agree to it--which I doubt they will--then you need to remove them and resend the mod invitations one-by-one. You can still try r/redditrequest though. Just send them a modmail in that sub. One of them will answer you eventually.

The top mod doesn't necessarily need the other mods to be on board. If he kicks them all and brings them back in the right order there is nothing the othere can do except resign. Though that may not be the most desirable way to do things.
