Slide for Reddit has integrated removal reasons and usernotes functionality from Moderator Toolbox.
The official Reddit app, atleast on Android, is kinda clunky for heavy moderation.
If you're heavily dependent on Mod Toolbox, your best bet would be using Firefox/Yandex browser with the Toolbox extension installed.
