There aren't surfaced unless mods do it. You have to click a post and if it's in a collection, the rest of the collection shows. If you click one of our posts flaired as a modtalk you should see what I mean.

The only other way is if the mods share the link, in the wiki or sidebar or something. And they don't work on mobile.
