Sure. It's good so that other mods can contribute if needed now and in the future. Recommended splitting across pages if it's long so it's easier for mobile users and link everything together well.

Or a team Google drive account means you could use a document. Easier for revsing and editing etc but make sure others can carry it on and it's not just you.

Sorry to bother you again! How do I distinguish where only mods can view certain wiki entries, & where members can view other certain wiki entries? (both on same sub)
