To be clear, this is a bill that has passed, so it is not a law. Also, public school teachers are not included.

Almost 60% of state employees are teachers... That doesn't include other school employees (administrators, maintenance, custodial, finance, counselors, etc) - not sure if they are included in the bill.

I see that the bill does not include teachers. Does it include university faculty? Hoping my colleagues will benefit from this.
