Was literally thinking "so they're bragging about how quickly staff can approve their own claims while their paying customers die needlessly waiting months or years for coverage of the services they paid in to recieve....."

I used to work in retail pharmacy. Quickest approval I ever got was for a professional athlete. It was within a minute of the doctor calling the insurance. So wild to me. For most people I worked with, it was a few days before prior auth approval.
