You view it from the wrong angle, if it's about not letting the child becoming a Muslim, then the only thing you need to do is conceal the fact that the foreign father is a Muslim, as most country do not display or register the religion of their citizens on their identification document.
So lying about your religion can be easily done, it's not about pretending to be a single mother.

Like you said, if the father is from a Muslim country with a Muslim name, wouldn't our government question what is the father's religion?
