View submission: Diljit Dosanjh concert in Lucknow : 22nd Nov

This may be a dumb question, but do you guys think it would be a good experience for my boys aged 11 and 9? Will there be drinking and rowdiness or will it be wholesome entertainment?

Get tickets of the premium table if organisers have it, and if they are affordable ofcourse. Usually these tables have separate allotted security guards to them.

But considering my own experience from concerts in Lucknow, I’d say avoid taking them as even in the VIP Sections vaping/smoking is very common and hooliganism does prevail.

It’s a Punjabi singer so you can expect classless drinking and hooliganism.

Not to offend anyone, but it’s very common at concerts. I don’t think that would influence your kids, especially since they’re already watching performances on YouTube and other platforms. Just avoid general admission (GA) areas. In the table or Platinum/Gold areas, organizers do provide alcohol to guests(Usually inclusive w the table). The best option would be VIP, but if you’re uncomfortable with that, then it’s perfectly fine not to take them.
