Hello all,

I tried TRE in all poses, sitting, standing, laying down on my back, on my sides...etc. I did most of my sessions laying down while my legs are stretched out, and I tremore well in that pose, but...

Something about the butterfly pose is just different. When I tremor in that pose it feels different, feels deeper and "more healing".

I think Dr. David Beceli chose that pose for a reason, but why? What's so special about it?

Because the genital area is the most vulnerable part of the body.

When you get in butterfly pose you essentially send a message to your body that there are no threats around, thus it feels safe enough to engage in deeper healing. Berceli confirmed this on a Youtube podcast.

I did my 3rd TRE session yesterday morning and found that I already didn’t even need to do the warm-up exercises to induce tremors, just getting in butterfly pose and lifting the knees was enough for me.
