Hi my internet suddenly began to crash get high ping in games and get around 15-20 mbps when it used to be 200-300 mbps

I tried to restart my internet didnt work

It doesnt seem to be my laptops fault since it also happens on my phone and on all devices.

Please help!

You didn’t restart your internet you restarted your router. This matters when calling your ISP to explain what you did to try to fix it already. They probably would know what you mean but this eliminates some possible confusion as to what “restarting internet” means.

My ISP modem was overheating and caused this problem. Took me 4 hours on the phone with Comcast to explain this issue, told the lady idk how many times like I can’t even hold my hand on the outside of it. It’s that hot. Finally they sent me a new one. Been good since.
