So, I was installing Clinical trial (itch Io game made with RPG maker) in my laptop (lenovo ideapad 5 14alc05), once installed I tried exporting the contents of the zip file and my computer stopped responding for a little.
Thinking it was an usual thing (similar stuff has happened before) I rebooted it, but the screen just went black and showed an error message that I couldn't get to see before it disappeared.
I somehow tried to turn it off after, it's still supposedly turning off and won't ever do so.
I'm not good at all with technology, and I'm sorry if this is not the appropriate sub for this, but I'm desperate :,(.

Try out r/techsupport. Almost everyone here is enterprise IT and our method of dealing with a machine that's not acting right is to restore it from the latest backup (you should have those if you don't already) or reinstalling Windows.
