I work remote for a company that won’t work outside of California. I want to stay abroad for months at a time in the Philippines while still keeping my home in California. Best VPNs to make it look like I’m still in CA, and will allow my work websites and Zoom to work out there? I have a dell laptop.

Dare I say, do you realise that this action violates your contract? Sad but true—you don’t actually have the remote work flexibility you thought you had. Either find another job that allows you to work from anywhere in the world (whether you have the right skill set for this is another story),or check your contract to see what legal options you have. Once they determine that you’ve been misrepresenting your work situation and taxes, things could get complicated

Just about any of the VPN providers will allow you to do what you want. However, it probably won't matter as you'll be out of work as soon as any junior IT person notices that you're connecting via a non-company VPN.
