He's panicking because he's been briefed on the actual and projected number of infections.

Someone must have explained to him that a .1% fatality rate means that if 1 million kids get measles, 1,000 will die. Those are numbers that can really come back to bite you. He must have decided he doesn’t want protesters outside his office chanting “Hey! Hey! RFK! How many kids did you kill today?”

He says this after his life’s work convincing people not to get their kids vaccinated? Did he actually believe there’d be no consequences? Wow.

As Health Secretary, he should explain that the risk of taking an MMR vaccine is no higher than with any medication or food out there.  With ANYTHING, there will be people who have reactions, generally those are mild, rarely, it can be serious or life threatening, but there is far less risk with the MMR vaccine than with getting the measles.

Looks like one of the smarter worms took over his brain.

More doublespeak from the dipshit. I'm sick of people who think they know better than qualified experts. Now children are dying because of his incompetence. There is no excuse. It is evil. Maybe he should have stuck to collecting roadkill and blending mice.

All of a sudden.

Too bad that it’s too late for a bunch of little kids.

Lololol These anti-vax jackasses brainwashed legions of people all around the world to reject vaccines and criminalize front-line doctors, but now that they’re in charge and see a pile of outbreaks falling on their heads, they’re pro-vax because it’s expedient.

Geez, these clowns have to change their positions on everything. Don’t need nuclear advisors, air traffic controllers, or vaccines.

Whoops, I guess we do..

It’s still the amateur hour at the White House.

Don't believe he's turned some sort of corner into vaguely sane. He'll revert back to crazy when the real pressure is on, just like Trump did with COVID.

Now he changes his mind? How many preventable deaths did it take?

Did he follow up with how he believes black kids need less of the vaccine?

It's all fun and games until suddenly you're the one in charge of the preventable disease outbreak, I guess.

Still want to know if I need to go to Canada to get a flu shot this year.
