And technically Republicans will once again let him get by with it because they do not care at all what he does.

For those unsure of what is happening here… Inspectors General are responsible for independently auditing, investigating, and reporting on potential fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement. They are charged with preventing misconduct; essentially acting as an internal watchdog to ensure proper conduct within the government.

They require 30 days notice to be dismissed by law, which Trump has ignored. He’ll replace them with loyalists. As President he has immunity from these types of violations. But it’s a pretty good indicator that he will get himself impeached again - well, would if the GOP wasn’t afraid of the MAGA monster they created.

He technically violated the law by forcibly penetrating a woman.

He technically violated the law by trying to overturn the results of a free and fair.

He technically violated the law by making illegal campaign contributions when he made a hush money payment to a porn star he raw dogged.

He technically violated the law by taking classified documents and hiding them in a bathroom while lying to the FBI about not having those documents.

Hey, hi neighbour. Is everything OK? Do you want to talk about it? We don't mean to pry, but up here in Canada we are a little concerned for you...

We know there is no technical with Trump. He full on broke the law but wtf is American justice going to do about it? Right turn their heads, look at each other and ask each are you going to file the charges? Then laugh and say nah

Why do we need 'technically' in quotes? It's a law. He broke it.

If by "technically" he means "blatantly" then yeah, I can see that.

Technically, but not in spirit, right?

"Well, technically yeah, but he has the authority to do it.

Because the immunity thing? Fuck Graham! As awful as McConnell is, Graham's even more of a sycophantic, kiss-ass, sell-out.

Doesn’t matter he’s above the law

Doesn't matter anymore. It's an official act (which is broad on purpose) so he's now covered. He had time to speak up before just like Mitch but didn't.
