Yeah, you gotta lawyer up to figure out how to mitigate liability. Likely it will involve customers basically signing away their lives to use the space. Not trying to be discouraging, but any usage agreements will have to be aggressive.

Appreciate you and thank you for your service as well. I looked into it over 10 years ago, now things may be different. You should reach out to the the local SBA business development center. In addition to attorney going to need an Insurance broker who can recommend A+ underwriters. GL and umbrella policy.
Definitely think it’s a huge need here, with mechanics charging over a hundred an hour, people looking to save anywhere they can.
