I was actually looking for something like this recently. The military has shops like this on larger posts. I used it a few times and loved it. You might even consider trying to get in touch with one of them as part of your planning. They are operated by MWR.

It's funny you mentioned that bc my wife and I got the inspiration for it while changing her brakes on base at MCAGCC 29 Palms. We loved using the auto hobby shop there. If they're willing to share any info, that would be amazing. Definitely worth a shot. I appreciate the idea
