Not if I was Ukrainian. Die for 1 horribly corrupt government or get overtaken by a different horribly corrupt gov and put back into the Russian fold. Hundreds of thousands have actually fled the country to avoid being forced to die.

Elaborate on how or why do you think the Ukrainian government is corrupt without using the points listed bellow:
They are not holding elections - as per Ukranian constitution, you cannot hold elections during martial law
President Zelenskyy is a dictator - he was voted by the people , as opposed to the Russian propped candidate
President Zelenskyy has a low approval rating - his approval rating is low only in the Russian occupied regions of Ukraine, go figure
Zelenskyy is a puppet of X - he is quite literally begging on his knees for foreign aid most of the time, plus there is no other plausible power that would have had Ukraine as a puppet. China? Certainly not, China is an ally of Russia, why would they want to prop up a puppet against their friend. The EU? For one, The EU is a democratically ran organization. Secondly, Ukraine is not even a part of the EU for many reasons. Plus the EU had neglected Ukraine until the start of the war when they began sending aid to Ukraine.
