Make sure you don't have a VPN active. Try another browser, though I have created a subreddit on chrome so that shouldn't be it, also you could try doing it on another internet connection since sometimes if the connection is slightly patchy it won't go through for whatever reason. :) Happy redditing

Is it only karma comments that influence the amount you need to create a subreddit or do karma links also count?
