View submission: Help…did Reddit just destroy mobile browser access, or am I missing a setting?

I’ve been getting responses to this post consistently over the last 10 days, though I’m back to being logged in on mobile (still with the “try the app” pop up every 1/2 hour, of course /s). I did clear my cache and log in again, though it wasn’t an immediate fix. The “experiment” lasted 2 days for me. The fact that they seem to be continuing this with so many people for the last ~2 weeks makes me nervous.

Oh man. I really hope they take the feedback and conclude the experiment soon. But stuff like this can last for a while I think. Doesn't make it any better. I just kinda hope I can get back soon though cause I really do not want the app.

But what do you mean by clearing your cache wasn't an immediate fix? Did it just not work right away??? I don't wanna clear my cache and then get trapped in what is essentially reddit purgatory forever 😭
