Which means as a logical follow for this: determinism logically could be observed but empirically never will, therefore freewill logically couldn’t be observed but empirically always will.

Disagree. If there are undetermined events, then libertarian free will could exist. This is a logical statement and holds even if undetermined events and therefore libertarian free will could never be shown to be true empirically.
