Im a college student who is trying really hard to work with my adhd, and also save a little money because my goal is to graduate debt free, and I’m paying biweekly as I’m going :) I feel like switching to a dumb phone could be just the thing. Every time I delete an app that I spend copious amounts of time on, I just find another loophole and it’s getting ridiculous at this point. I miss having the attention span to read and having any tolerance for boredom at all honestly. I just want to get back to my motivated self, have better time management, a better sleep schedule, and an overall better quality of life!
