Well, that's why He is regarded as King of Kings - and presidents & other rulers, if you want to be specific. But that is a topic for another time

Society is not run according to God's Laws. Unfortunately. Heaven is a monarchy, though. Rest assured. And Medieval Europe as well as Byzantium as well as Ancient Israel were run as monarchies. Because God is a royalist. And He is the King of kings.
