I believe that Nokia is running KaiOs, which does support some apps, like Facebook and WhatsApp

whatsapp isn’t running on kaiOS anymore as far as I know, or at least whatsapp made a statement a while back that it doesn’t officially offer a kaiOS compatible version anymore
