Join your local DSA chapter. They meet the first Sunday of every month at the Welcome center in Duluth.

Stop d*ck riding Trump by listening to liberal/Democratic mainstream media. This obsession with him talking about him is just as bad, if not worse, than MAGA idiots. Al jazeera and Democracy Now! are great sources, along with Twitch streamers HasanAbi, Mike from PA and Denims.

Get involved in your community! There are so many protests being organized in resistance to many political topics.

Be loud, cause a scene, get ANGRY and never back down.

I like to listen to Resistance Live with ECM on YouTube. She’s a human rights lawyer and activist who worked in DC many years.

Call your senators and rep (sorry you guys got Stauber). It doesn’t matter if they agree with you - calls are tallied and public pressure does and IS WORKING. I use 5calls.org for some ideas of what I might say and for phone numbers of your people.

It’s a non-partisan fact that no one voted for Elon Musk.

You can sign up for the DSA announcements of actions and issue groups and calendar of meetings etc. to be sent to your in box.. I am away from town for a while but really appreciate the head up on the good effort these DSA folk are putting out ..

I was wondering, if I were to see an encounter with ICE, can I disrupt this to ask for their identification on behalf of the accused?

I saw a video of some absolute wank in an imitation ICE jacket who said he wears it for fun to scare people!!!! This is the level of sickness in this country right now.

I will advocate and interrupt always for this, so say I go right up to them and demand their identification, will I get tased? I’m willing to get tased, I just want to be prepared and know my rights while defending other people’s

And yes, even immigrants have rights to those right wingers who may try argue that!

Al Jazeera is not a good source. It's been banned in multiple Muslim countries because it's so pro terrorist. Al Jazeera journalists also held Israeli hostages in their homes. They're one of the most biased sources you can find.

Not trying to be rude here, but this is extremely inadequate. DSA is an arm of the democratic party, and watching twitch streamers is just consumerism. Collapse is here, and fascism in the core is a part of that. We need to start planning things like interdependent communities for food supply as agricultural crises accelerate due to climate collapse, WW3, and the dismantling of ag research and protection from things like invasive crop pests. We need to protect vulnerable neighbors-- it's good to see "know your rights" stuff re:ICE getting spread around, but many key aspects of real resistance can't be enumerated online.

We need to wear respirators to preserve our capacity to act and labor in community during multiple emerging pandemics and never-ending wildfires.

Survival of the biosphere is not guaranteed, and survival of humanity, less so. I really encourage "leftists" (most of you are still liberals, relying on market logics and consumerism to determine your actions, even if you think you know the difference) to deeply interrogate the limits of what you think is possible. In both "bad outcomes," and necessarily in acting in antagonism to omnicidal regimes.

It is going to require deep connection, creativity, risk and discomfort.
