There is a Cajun food truck that I can never remember the name - if you are on Facebook, they are on Facebook. They might be able to make it for you.
I believe they are from Louisiana and make pretty authentic stuff according to some southern transplants I’ve met at the truck.

If you are up for a little road trip, my partner and I regularly travel to Marquette. There is a Cajun restaurant there. It’s a little on the spendy side, but the portions are ginormous.

I've never found it here. We'd bring a cooler for our southeast TX family reunions and pack if full of Zummo's boudin and Party Time sausages. Plus, whatever boudin our Alabama relatives picked up on the way through Louisiana. Which is a roundabout way of me saying I'm following this for good boudin tips.

If you aren't going to travel to get it, then have it shipped.
