I ain't going to lie I was so distracted by the giant purple wings that I didn't even notice she was naked. I feel ashamed of myself lol

That's part of it, but it also just feels a lot more basic and simple than the other designs. She has faint orthogonal tattoos (which, assuming the gimmick is "Mega form that takes influence from lower forms", not sure where they're from), but other than that it simply looks like a naked Ophanimon with purple wings. Other than those tattoos, it doesn't feel like anything's being added or modified with the design.
I wanted to add a remark about how "I guess Tailmon doesn't wear clothes either" but then I realized she does, and Plotmon also has the Holy Ring.
