And why the hell is NSFW now 18+? Before I could safely avoid NSFW while at work without disabling them. Now the icon itself is basically NSFW!!!

This is a very valid complaint, didn't think about this. I hope they take this into consideration and change it, but knowing them, my hopes aren't that high...
