I've read from many places that he's fairly determined to improve and knows that pace is his limiting factor. While he'll never get to that van de Ven level, I'm sure he'll at least manage to improve that enough to not be a complete liability.

Everything I've seen about this guy ooozes class. It'll take some adjusting to get him up to the pace of the Premiership but I'm sure that if his minutes are managed correctly, by whichever manager we have in place in the summer, he looks like he could be class. Hopefully.
