I have become so desensitized to Spurs this season that my heart rate didn't go above 93 BPM today.

You should go to a doctor

I have to say as a physician, tachycardia of 163bpm at rest from just watching football is slightly concerning. Please see your doctor for ECG, bloods and +/- holter.

You can upload your single lead ECG as PDF for your doctor to look at as well.

Bloody hell. I don’t even get that high on a high intensity 10k.

Which is why I only watch replays. Live would put me six feet under.

Genuinely how? This is the most apathetic I've been watching Spurs in the 17 years I've been a fan

We’re fighting for a top 12 finish, bravo for not being apathetic like me.

Only 163 bpm? My *resting* heart rate is that due to Spurs.

I was on about 60bpm, because I moved to the West Coast of Canada, the league is toast, so I slept like a baby instead. Much better decision.

I wish mine got excitable like it used to. Pretty much flatlines during games now.

And this is from a game that had absolutely nothing at stake. How would you cope if we were in a fight for top 4, or in a cup final?

That’s nothing. I was hospitalised during the Brighton game in 2021 with BP of 210/180.

Watching spurs does give you a stroke confirmed.
