I've noticed that when you INSPECT ELEMENT on a Facebook "News" section, it has a function that prevents you from viewing the news story, if you are NOT logged in. Thus you must LOG IN to READ (regardless of whether or not you want to comment). I attempted to delete the function, only to find a never-ending loop of hidden code that prevents you from deleting that "condition". WTF?

I've asked this before and got crickets...
I use the Reditr[1] client. Despite it's bugs and flaws, I like it because of it's "live" feeds and the way(s) it presents subreddits. When I go to a sub, I don't just get a list of submissions that I click on if the title interests me, I get *everything* as I scroll down the page, complete with the two top responses. When I go to r/documentaries for example, I scroll down the sub and see a series of mostly YouTube videos, ready to play, and a few comments. My sidebar is a "live" feed of mouseovers activated just by scrolling through it. I know that articles are re-routed, to strip them of all but the thumbnail pic, but I can't think of the name of the service that does it (it shows up at the bottom of some articles).
When I come to r/conspiracy, I flip through the Top, Hot and New queues looking for interesting articles. If I make the mistake of then going to my Main Page while still viewing the New queue, however, I see all sorts of things I wouldn't see otherwise, like dick pic's coming from r/gonewild, for example. Just subscribing to r/WTF can be dangerous, New queue or not. Wouldn't this mean that reddit's tracking is picking up my Reditr client just doing it's thing, rather than, or as well as, the places I actually go?

HERE I AM! TWAT FUCKS! COME AND DETAIN, INCARCERATE, TORTURE!
I cannot vote a clear Candidate in the USA in a primary election to *eliminate* the *chaff*!?
Am I allowed to request that every USA Vote be a Thumb Print Vote in this election in order to garner DNA?
Just asking?
That goofy brilliant kid that was this place: From the ether still says do your bidding and bullshit!

I'm not seeing the attributes (data-href-url or data-outbound-url) on a few links I checked? Can anyone confirm?

Seems like putting a band-aid on a severed limb. It's like people completely forgot about echelon at least 20 years ago. What on earth makes you think anything you put out online couldn't be traced back to you?

Why is it a big deal that Reddit is tracking our clicks? It is their company. If you don't like it go somewhere else. However I doubt that click tracking is entirely for the purpose of targeted advertising. It also makes sure that people aren't just upvoting or downvoting link before they even bother reading them. I'm sure we've all seen those highly editorialized news articles that make it to the front page within an hour and seem to be historical developments. But then there's the guy in the comments who actually bothered to read the article and says why the article is mostly irrelevant and that it really doesn't deserve the recognition it has received. Then the admins go ahead and shave off about 1-2k votes. Sorry for formatting, any attempt on formatting on mobile is a brutal mistake.
