View submission: Entire unredacted trade agreement papers that Jeremy Corbyn unveiled today were posted on reddit 37 days ago

I'm by no means British or consider myself an expert in British politics, but what I'm starting to feel that either Corbyn is a genius at playing politics, the media is dumb when it comes to their jobs, or both.

These documents were leaked over a month ago, Corbyn could have led with that, but he didn't. Instead he baited Boris Johnson into publicly declaring the NHS wasn't for sale and nothing in the redacted documents indicated at all suggested that.

Once that was put into the public record Corbyn revealed the documents (which were leaked a month ago) to the general public. This would have only been embarrassing for Boris Johnson if the "fair and balanced" media hadn't involved themselves into it too.

This has destroyed the credibility of Boris Johnson and the credibility of the media who are more outraged that Boris Johnson got played rather than whatever is actually inside the documents. This genius on Corbyn's part, and anyone who doesnt think this guy is capable of actually leading a legitimate left wing movement is now deluding themsleves. (Sorry for the long wall of text I had to fanboy there)

Not if your main source of news is the media, who similarly won't tell you they've lost credibility
