View submission: You can now opt-out of being followed
Turning the feature off does not clear your follower list — it preserves the list so that if you turn it back on you still see who is following you.
The issue you're experiencing where you have 2 phantom followers that you can't see in the list is a bug that we're looking into.

I toggled this feature and my follower list did not return. This comment seems to indicate that it would. Any idea why I would not be able to see them? I didn't remove them individually.
