They're saying that they're NOT going to just remove all posts tagged "NSFW" and just pornographic content.

It's not about the posts at all, it's about if the subreddit is tagged as pornographic (NSFW). They are trying to create a "friendly" r/all which isn't what r/all is even about. They've literally tried this before with r/popular!
