The opposite would be way better. There's nothing wrong with nudity, but Gore should be filtered by default

I might be misunderstanding, but I thought it was all filtered by default until you changed your settings. They've said this is a step towards being able to customise All to your liking, whether that's excluding gore but not nudity, or whatever.
