Now that's what I was hoping for from their Prime Minister and/or King.

It's very nice to see that Canada has some loyal friends, who genuinely care about us. It's a wonderful feeling.

Thank you very much Ed, we feel the same about our British brethren. Canada loves you guys, and greatly appreciates your support.

I'm a simple man, all I want is r/CANZUK and to never read a Trump headline again.

If it’s any consolation no one in the UK or Europe thinks this is anymore than batshit. Everyone is disgusted and incredulous.

Don’t let Trump live rent free in your head, everybody loves Canada and we are squarely behind you.

Ah Ha Ha Ha! Splendid!

Now look my fellow Canadians, I love you all but I’ve got an important question for the Quebecois among us!

I know the Elder Trudeau worked diligently to distance ourselves from the UK, and put a lot of distance between us and the Commonwealth on your behalf, but I *NEED* to know…

Are you guys cool with reestablishing stronger ties with the UK?

I certainly hope so, but I’m eager to hear Québécois thoughts on the matter, since it was our beautiful nation’s desire to maintain unity with you fine people that caused the original rift.

People, and times change, I’m not throwing any shade if you’re worried about that! I’m merely eager to hear your thoughts as Canada’s most recognizable cultural subgroup! 😁

I feel like a poutine party is benefiting themselves more than anyone else.

I watched a YouTube video yesterday where the American host was comparing the way Americans pronounce common words versus the British. As a Canadian, I was relieved and proud to learn that my pronunciation mostly matched the Brits and not the Yanks. This would be true of most of us Canadians, BTW. Rule Britannia!

Thanks for your support of Canada. You lads and lassies rock.

Always accepting of receipts of support for our cause from other countries. Wish there were more of them and they were more meaningful but I'll take what we can get.

We need to be able to buy decent poutine here on the uk, how to fix that though?

Which packet style brands are "good enough" emulators by dint of modern food tech for Europeans to get a hankering for that can be export market for Canada?

I know we won't get "the squeak" but not many folk will scratch make.. I'd like to see fresh curd poutine kits available.
