Vengeful, by V.E. Schwab. I don't care that Goodreads put it in sci-fi: this book is without a doubt a fantasy novel. Schwab does it again, with a thrilling sequel to Vicious, both about "ExtraOrdinaries" who get powers after near death experiences.
