I very much doubt they will save the galaxy. I'm pretty sure the ending will be very bleak too.
It's hilarious as fuck, but it is NOT a happy story.

I don’t know. I made it through the second book before quitting and maybe I missed the tone a bit. But I feel like Carl is going to “win”. It’ll probably be pyrrhic, but it will stop this from happening again. Not that I’ll read it.
