Growth is awesome, but it can also be scary to be sure! One thing we’d recommend is just make sure you keep up on adding more mods; many hands make lesser work, and having a bunch of folks around to help out when things get busy is a good way to make sure you stay on top of things, but also don’t burn out.

Also, if you haven’t already, make sure you have Automod set up and able to help do kind of a ‘First pass’ on your content. You can find help and documentation in r/Automoderator for that! You can also get help from your fellow mods in r/modhelp, help from mods and admins in r/modsupport, and you can find some great resources in our Mod Help Center[1], and especially our section on crisis management[2]. That article alone has some good tips for you of things you should be on top of before a crisis hits!
