You can’t remove or opt out, but we are showing it to fewer people, and showing it less often to those people as we go forward. This is part of our subreddit classification effort[1] and won’t last forever. We hear you that it’s showing up too much though, and are looking into frequency capping the questions so that they appear less often to individual redditors.
