Hey, thanks guys. I appreciate this push towards transparency.

Does anyone on this list also have holdings in any PR firms which are active on reddit? In particular, would Alexis be kind enough to dispel the rumors that he owns and operates a PR firm called "Nerd Labs" that takes on contracts on reddit. I don't believe these rumors, but I see them pop up time and again.

Alexis Ohanian, previously co-founded reddit

Craig Shapiro, also runs CollabFund, fan of reddit

Dave McClure, also runs an incubator 500Startups

Ellen Pao, previously at KPCB, now works at reddit

Jawed Karim, previously co-founder of YouTube

Jeremy Edberg, some guy

Josh Kushner, angel investor, Thrive Capital

Josh Schachter, previously founder of del.icio.us

Kanyi Maqubela, also runs CollabFund, fan of reddit

Keith Rabois, previously COO at Square, now at Khosla Ventures

Marc Andreessen, previously co-founder of Netscape, Opsware, now runs a16z

Paul Buchheit, previously made GMail and Friendfeed, now at YC

Hell yea, admins. Just go right ahead and downvote until you feel better.

Hey gatsby, you don't need to use a throwaway to keep asking this question.

NYRD[1] is a real thing (New York R&D, get it?), but Alexis asked us to let him do his own unveiling announcement sometime soon. It has nothing to do with PR or spamming though, but is another project of Alexis's that is unrelated to reddit — similar to how his other projects like Breadpig[2] have been unrelated to reddit.

Can we lay this to rest now?
